The room was ok, but overall I wasn’t happy with the hotel

The hotel reception was very busy upon check in & they only had one employee who was struggling to keep up with everyone. They gave me the weirdest room I’ve ever stayed in where my view was the reception, I could hear all the noise all night long

Affordable and we did enjoy out stay

We booked 5 rooms which we requested closer to each other however it was not granted leaving us all apart from each room.

Very disappointed, unlike all other Ibis.

The most ugliest breakfast i have had in the past more than 10 trips to dubai in the last 6 months. Plus, are those bathrooms even cleaned well?

I requested an iron to press my shirt; however, the iron provided was old and dirty and ended up damaging the shirt. I had an important meeting and did not bring an extra shirt for it, so I was forced to wear a jacket over it for the entire day.

Great location and clean

Lack of amenities like towel variety , slippers. There are facilities like indoor pool but while the pool is indoor it is not heated . Freezing cold pool in AC in the winter Breakfast was really bad quality and options I had 3 nights and breakfast I went to breakfast 1st day and did not go again

Everything was spot on. Karim and Joan (hope I got her name right) at the front office were polite, and efficient.They upgraded me to a one bedroom suite for which I am extremely thankful.Breakfast was great as well.I also value their emphasis on sustainability efforts.Will definitely return for weekend stays.

I really want to thank Mr: Hamza for his support to get our rooms as we want and upgrades the rooms. The hotel is nice simple

The prices for the Ibis hotel is becoming relatively more.

Lots of noise from other rooms and allocated room was too small.

I did not like the way the receptionist (man ) deal with us , we understand that 3 stars hotel no body will help in your luggage but not with a person on wheel chair , although he saw me struggling to push my son but there was not any reaction as it is not his business

Well, it’s neat. Basics are met.

One of the front office staff who answered calls was not friendly enough.They don’t have a comb even on a request.Shower and WC was leaking

AC is not that cool, and the sink is leaking water.

The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. It could be improved with more options.

The room is depressing. There was no access to outside natural light or a view of the outside world. The room looked out inside the hotel dining area, so essentially you have a room within a room, so it is very depressing.The toasters in the restaurant were excessively slow. I have never experienced anything like it. It was like they are not aligned to the correct voltage and wattage.
